Dual SIM Card Phones

Unleashing the Power Behind Using a Dual SIM Card Phone

Lately I have been very busy doing some research on mobile phones and I am actually impressed with a lot of new things coming up these days. I just don’t have enough time to catch up with all these new information thus I must apologize if I anything I have posted so far has become obsolete. However, I believe that there are still many of us who are not really into mobile phones and news about mobile phones only matters when you are looking to purchase one. I welcome you to this small mobile phone blog and if you do have any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact me or you can just leave your comment in any post.

I have managed to get my hands on few great news on latest development in mobile phones and I am planning to post them into several posts. This time however, I find it amusing and I just can’t help to discuss a bit on dual SIM card mobile phones. I am pretty sure many of you have no idea at all what does it mean by dual SIM card mobile phones. Some of you might even wonder what could be done with a dual sim card phone. I prefer to take you guys to a little walk by introducing this mobile phone which has this unique feature in order to unleash the power behind using a dual sim card phone.

Dual sim phone is becoming more common in the market as more mobile phone manufacturers produced this type of mobile phone. However, due to the fact that a dual sim card mobile phone has the capability to hold up two different SIM cards, they are usually medium to large mobile phones packed with every single feature you can think of. Therefore it is hard to get people to buy a bulky-sized mobile phonoe these days as people feel that mobile phone is supposed to be trendy and as its name implies, it is supposed to be “mobile” and easy to bring along with anywhere we go. This mobile phone however, the eTouch D6 dual sim card mobile phone, has come up with its D6 which may be one of the smallest dual SIM card phones you can get your hands on.

As I have previously mentioned, the mobile phone supports two SIM cards both of which are on concurrent standby. At its size, you'd think that the eTouch D6 mobile phone would only be able to hold up a single SIM but the mobile phone eTouch D6 has managed to fit dual SIM card functionality into the mobile phone which I found quite interesting. As such you'll get two lines on simultaneously and all in a single mobile phone.

The eTouch D6 dual sim card mobile phone is one handsome mobile device. At first glance you'd probably notice that the metallic strip that runs along both sides of the front panel. This isn't just for decoration though as there are colorful LED lights that runs along the strips when you turn on the mobile phone and while you play MP3s. Of course, as much as I enjoy the lights, I have to warn you though about the speakers. When you switch the mobile phone on, there is this loud intro music that blares out, and I couldn't find any way to lower its volume. So just be sure not to turn on or off your mobile phone if you're in a quiet area or private area, unless you want to be embarrassed.

The dual sim card mobile phone feels smooth and it is really comfortable to be held. It is the rounded curve edges of the mobile phone that is the main contribution to this comfort and to its good looks. It has a simple 12 key keypad design with large keys so there should be no problems for those who have chubbier fingers.

The mobile phone sports a rather small display as the keypad takes up most of the space on the mobile phone. Astonishingly, even though the display is rather small, its 60 5K TFT screen is also a touchscreen display. Normally a mobile phone this size doesn't come with a touchscreen display but it seems that this mobile phone found it prudent to implement touchscreen functions on the D6. As small as the screen was, I found out it was more convenient to scroll using the touch function rather than to use the D-pad.

As I stated before, the eTouch D6 mobile phone comes with some pretty loud speakers. So, to do justice to them, the mobile phone does not only come with an MP3 player but supports an FM radio too. The best thing about the FM radio is that it does not require you to plug in the headsets to get it to work.

When music is played with this dual sim mobile phone, you won't only get colorful dancing lights but the maximum volume of these speakers can be shared to everyone in the regular sized room. Of course you might also irritate some people in the train or bus if you try blaring them out loud in the said transports. It sports a VGA camera that has all the regular functions such as white balance, scene mode and effects.

The eTouch D6 mobile phone is the smallest dual SIM mobile phone you will be able to get your hands on at the moment and surprisingly at quite a reasonable price. With a loud set of speakers, basic multimedia functions, the mobile phone is a pretty good basic and stylish mobile phone with touchscreen to boot. The only thing that you would need to look out for is the microSD card as there is no internal memory in the mobile phone for your multimedia files.

Having a dual sim card phone is beneficial to you especially when you are a businessman and communication is something that is crucial to you. If you think that separating business calls and social calls, then maybe using a dual sim card phone is the ultimate solution. You can find out more about dual sim card phone at this site.

Nokia N96 Prepaid Mobile Phone

Though by now most of you have already known about the latest development from Nokia which is the what-is-so-good-about-mobile computer Nokia N97, it is always good to take a second look at Nokia’s other previous mobile phones. Nokia has made a groundbreaking achievement in the mobile phone industry when it first introduced its N-series smart mobile phones. These series of cell phones are convergence mobile devices supporting digital multimedia services such as music playback, video capture, photography, mobile gaming and Internet services. Just for your information, all N-series prepaid mobile phones support at least one high-speed wireless technology, such as 3G, or wireless local area network.

The Nokia Nseries is aimed at users looking to pack as many features as possible into one device. The better-than-average cameras often found on Nseries devices are one such example, as are the video and music playback and photo viewing capabilities of these devices, which resemble those of standalone portable media devices. Later in the future we will take some time to review Nokia’s new touch prepaid mobile phone called Nokia 5800 XpressMusic which is packed with “Comes with Music”, the Nokia’s fabulous service which offers one year of unlimited access to the entire Nokia Music Store catalogue. Mind you though that this Nokia 5800 is not part of N-series mobile phones.

Today we are going to take a long walk as we will be talking about the previous Nokia prepaid mobile phone, Nokia N96. Still new though, and therefore I think it is still worth to ramble about the mobile phone features. For some, the mobile phone may be too expensive. However I believe the price of the Nokia N96 mobile phone sooner or later will drop significantly once the brand new Nokia N97 mobile phones have dominated the market.

Before we go to our discussion, I have some updates on the firmware of this fantastic Nokia N96 mobile phone. Here is some updates on the Nokia N96’s firmware, the latest update of firmware v12.043 can be downloaded using the prepaid mobile phone itself by typing in *#0000# on the standby screen and then press Options, Check for Updates. You can also download the latest firmware using the Nokia Software Updater. As usual, it is best to first back up all of your data before updating in the case that the process erase everything but as far as I am concern, the mobile phone is equipped with user data protection system which is activated all the time. It shouldn’t be a problem then but it is always a good habit to always play the games safely. It is not that difficult to first save everything you already have right? Check out some of the improvements of this new firmware update in one of this article’s last paragraphs.

When the N95 mobile phone was first launched it was a prime instance of how far and innovative mobile phones have become. So when the N96 mobile phone was first announced, you would of course expect the same quantum leap you would expect from an update of the N95 mobile phone. The N96 mobile phone though coming with some pretty new features is not as groundbreaking as I expected it to be though. However, like the Apple iPhone 3G and HTC Touch Pro, incremental changes is not always a bad thing, so in looking for why the Nokia N96 mobile phone makes purchasing sense, we firstly need to look at the need for cosmetic alterations.

Let us remember that the N95 mobile phone was a big tool even for its day, and as such, the first thing you will realize about the new Nokia N96 mobile phone is the fact that it is slimmer than its predecessor. While raw numbers do not necessarily reflect anything worth writing home about, it is certainly a far more comfortable experience as you carry the device in your pocket.

A smooth shiny surface now adorns the unit and despite its affinity for fingerprints, it has to be said that the Nokia N96 mobile phone does look expensive. Yes it is going to look really cool when you use the prepaid mobile phone to call India. A redesigned slider means that it feels far more solid to the touch, but what came along with all of this are redesigned buttons. Since the buttons are now flushed against its surrounding surface, for some, it will be difficult to be able to tell individual keys apart via touch. I personally had errors during text composition and navigation due to the Nokia N96 mobile phone’s flushed keys. There is also the addition of a nifty kick stand at the rear of the device close to 45 degrees upright.

A combination of a freshly revised operating system as well as a digital TV tuner pretty much rounds up the new key features of this brand new Nokia N96 mobile phone. The mobile phone is among Nokia’s first few to feature Symbian 60 Feature Pack 2, and to anyone who is new to this feature, Feature Pack 2 offers a wide berth of improvements, including a revised calendar viewing mode as well as a spiffy new standby screen. While there are many improvements even Symbian 60 veterans would appreciate, I felt that the Nokia N96 mobile phone’s hardware does not scale performance well with this new operating system.

I found recurring stability and speed issues with the Nokia N96 mobile phone, and tasks where equivalent N-series devices would not break a sweat over would take a second or two longer to execute on this new Nokia N96 mobile phone. While this is not in itself an end of the world scenario, there is certainly need for further optimizations in getting the device to be as zippy and compliant as the rest of its N-series siblings.

However considering that similar issues did plague the old Nokia N95 mobile phone when it was first launched, I am pretty sure that with subsequent updates in firmware (see updates on this below), the Nokia N96 mobile phone will be able to weather some of these early issues in due time.

The Nokia N96 mobile phone comes with DVB-H tuner and it is not exactly a feature we Malaysians will be really looking at since the only way for Malaysians to be able to enjoy watching digital TV locally is to obtain a 018 service.

Another key difference is the fact that the Nokia N96 mobile phone’s stereo speakers are now placed along the right side of the mobile phone in order to capitalize on the device’s landscape orientation, particularly when used in conjunction with the rear kickstand. This makes sense aesthetically, although volume intensity seems to be a notch lower than the Nokia N95 mobile phone’s, but it still works well when used in conjunction with an in-car GPS placeholder, as the speakers would be aimed towards the driver, making sensible for right-hand drive markets.

The Nokia N96 mobile phone expectedly carries on the tradition of being a great overall device, and performs admirably with regards to call quality. There is no discernable difference between Nokia N96 mobile phone and that of the N95 mobile phone in terms of their camera performances, and some might find the dual LED camera light and video light useful. The brevity of having 16 Gigabytes of internal storage is also a difficult feature to ignore on this prepaid mobile phone.

What was a concern with the original Nokia N95 mobile phone version 1 device when it made its debut is now again a concern with the Nokia N96 mobile phone; as the 950mAh battery makes its return. While we can certainly understand the complexity of having to juggle between mobile phone size and physical battery size, I found it perplexing that the Nokia N96 mobile phone would come with a smaller capacity power unit as compared to the Nokia N95 mobile phone 8 gigabytes. This is after all coming from a mobile phone which has a digital TV tuner built-in, and we would certainly expect battery capacity to conform to the additional features.

In the weeks of testing, the Nokia N96 mobile phone is certainly capable of sustaining more than a day of life under moderate usage, but once interaction becomes heavier, recharging will again become a daily affair. It should be noted that the device does bundle an in-car charger, which will greatly aid in sustaining longevity outdoors. Regardless, I still felt that Nokia could have at least bundled a higher capacity to go with the Nokia N96 mobile phone.

To some people the Nokia N96 mobile phone might look as a repackaged Nokia N95 mobile phone with DVB-H and nicer styling, but to most cynics, it ought to be noted that most of its improvements is not just skin deep. There are many improvements under Feature Pack 2 makes the Nokia N96 mobile phone worth revisiting as productivity and multimedia mobile phone. As the spiritual successor to the Nokia N95 mobile phone duo, the Nokia N96 mobile phone is arguably the best of both, but there is one hefty issue that will likely concern you in considering how worthy it is the Nokia N96 mobile phone; the enormity of its price tag.

With the Nokia N95 mobile phone 8 gigabytes still in the market and costing significantly less than the Nokia N96 mobile phone, you do have the option of getting that instead of the brand new Nokia N96 mobile phone should you want an all round media mobile phone of that class. Ultimately, the Nokia N96 mobile phone is itself a strong presentation of how far the N-series has evolved and there is no denying that the Nokia N96 mobile phone represents the holy grail of Nokia’s high-end offering.

The price for this brand new Nokia N96 mobile phone is around USD1000 nowadays and the pack includes the mobile phone, battery, stylus, headset, phone charger, USB cable, car charger, installation CD and also the manual. The mobile phone supports GSM850, 900, 1800, 1900, and also UMTS 2100/900. The phone size is 103x55x18mm and weighs around 125g. This mobile phone is using ARM9 264Mhz processor with 240x320 pixels 2.8 inch screen.

The Nokia N96 mobile phone also supports GPRS, WAP, and EDGE as well as Bluetooth. The camera is exceptionally great as it is 5 mega pixels with auto focus. With the use of additional memory card (microSD) up to 32 gigabytes, you just can’t resist the lust to get this mobile phone as yours.

Now let’s go back to the firmware updates. One of the updates is still image quality has been improved, with fixes for color haziness and motion blur that appeared under certain conditions. There are also fixation had been made to the whole system to avoid the Nokia N97 mobile phones from various factors of crashes. Thank god that now the new update has also avoid the mobile phone from being locked automatically while we watch videos.

Now I can fairly say this not-so-new Nokia N96 mobile phone has all the great features packed into one device. Compared to the previous other mobile phones, the features compiled on this phone are space-age and really are cool. Still, it is best to first check out other mobile phones before you decide to buy one. Be wise, look wise, and spend wisely.

Cheers.

Celcom Blue Prepaid Unbiased Review

celcom blue

It is a fun experience to see one of my favourite Malaysian artists was featured in the new promotion of Celcom Blue Prepaid. Rita Rudaini posed really well in the latest promotion and that somehow kindled me to know more about the product and indirectly put things in your mind on how to apply all the rewards offered by celcom to maximise your profit in mymode prepaid business. There are a lot of features that come with the new plan and therefore I find it appropriate to take a peek at it. Even myself couldn't resist to switch from using maxis hotlink prepaid to this brand new prepaid mobile phones. Come to think of that, now I realize how easy it is to influence people to use your product when you can come up with a promotion that feature celebrities.

The first thing that has drawn my interest is the new Teman 20 feature. Yes, you may find it similar to hotlink prepaid feature but now with celcom blue prepaid, you are allowed to activate this service where you can list down a maximum twenty celcom numbers. The best part is the rate is the same with maxis activ10 where it is only 15 cents per minute for voice calls and a cent for SMS. That's not all of it, the 15cents/minute rate is applicable to video calls and MSS too! Now can you see how great that is if you plan to promote mymode prepaid mobile phones using the service. Be creative and if you want to know how you may read this article here. Buat Duit Dengan Maxis Hotlink Prepaid.

I am not that impressed though with another feature in the new celcom blue prepaid service which is the bonus that will be rewarded to you based on points collected whenever you reload your phone. With the new plan, you may have to accumulate up to RM50 of usage before you are eligible to redeem your points. In other words, you can choose which reward that suits your need here. You can redeem either free RM1.50 airtime or two hundreds free SMS. There is though another option you can choose that may not be so profitable where you can also opt to download any RM3 product from celcom. Mind you that with maxis hotlink prepaid mobile phone plan, redemption is possible anytime and it is quite easy to earn points since you can earn it either by topping up your phone or when you make any calls. You can also earn points when people call you and this is based on how long the call is; the longer the more points you earn. Back to this celcom new package, you can check your points by sending an SMS instruction "SEMAK" to 28882.

Now tell me what will happen when you are in the middle of conversation on your Nokia N96 cell phones with someone who is interested with buat duit dengan mymode and then suddenly the line got cut off? And this is due to you don't realize you have drained out the credit LOL. I know, it happens quite a lot of time rite. Well, now you don't have to worry so much about it since the new celcom blue prepaid package gives you credit advance up to RM2. Better than nothing and the amount advanced will be deducted automatically the next time you top up your phone. This unique feature can be activated only once for each top up and it can be activated by sending sms instruction "ADVANCE" to 28882.

It is important to know how to reload or top up your celcom blue prepaid and there are three different ways of doing it. I find it easier to top up using dialing command code *122*16-digits topup code# than calling their center at either 1930 or 0193000910. You can also send sms instruction "rec 16-digits topup code" and send it to 2888. It is useful for you to know this guideline and instruction especially if you are a mymode agent. The sms instruction is handy as you can also topup others phone using this sms command : rec 16-digits topup code 019XXXXXXX to 2888. The dialing command can also be used where you can just dial *122*16-digits topup code*019XXXXXXX. In other words, you should not be worry about ordering the celcom topup from mymode prepaid for your client and he/she claimed not receiving it. You can just request a pin and once you have received the code, you can use either the sms command or the dialling command to reload your client's phone. Now how convenient is that?

I can't wait to tell you guys here about another great feature with this new prepaid mobile phone service. The plan introduced Channel C, similar to Maxis Hotlink Easy Access which can be accessed by dialing *119#. It is a channel where you download multimedia contents like music, videos, and a lot more other fun stuff. I am more interested with the Chat Zone offered in this celcom blue prepaid where you might not want to miss the chance to chat with a lot of people here. As far as I am concern, it's connected to myspaces, facebook, social sms, and etc. You can easily grab this opportunity by manipulating it to offer your potential client (some people prefer texting rather than listening to you over the phone) a chance to have a chat with you. You can use this feature to explain more about bisnes mymode and at the same time you will gain trust from your client.

With the latest development in Mobile Number Portability (MNP), there goes the day when it is easy to identify which number belongs to which service provider. In the future it might be harder to guess whether a 019 number is a celcom blue prepaid number or a maxis number. At least that is how it appears now to a layman like me LOL. Do not forget that with the technology advancing at quite a rapid pace, you should always keep yourself up to date to ensure you know exactly how to promote your mymode buat duit bisnes properly and efficiently and eventually leads you to financial freedom.

Cheers.

Review Freedom Mastercard An Offer From Mymode You Can't Resist

top up prepaid maxis or prepaid celcom using credit card

When a company has started to offer you a credit card of its own, it means the company has become well established and many other giant companies are willing to share advertising and marketing strategies. One side is willing to provide a service that looks beneficial to another side while at the same time it gains popularity over time and eventually the public will acknowledge their service as a great one.

Mymode is a service from Advanced Mobile Services and Solutions Sdn Bhd that offers you this fantastic credit card called EON BANK GROUP MOL MyMode Freedom MasterCard Unembossed Card. Not exactly a credit card, it is a prepaid credit card that can be used to purchase goods like a credit card but with spending limit to the amount of money stored on the card. In other words, it is similar to the concept of your prepaid reload phone service.

Here are the benefits you may receive when you use this credit card:

  • International acceptance through 22 million MasterCard merchants worldwide.
  • FREE up to RM3,000 Personal Accident Insurance coverage for 12 months.
  • International acceptance through 22 million MasterCard merchants worldwide.
  • International withdrawal of funds through CIRRUS enabled ATM networks.
  • You will get extra PV = 3 MyPoint.
  • Saves time and energy, especially for those who live far from banks and banking amenities by allowing transfer of money from MOL-MyMode MasterCard to MyPoints using SMS.
  • Get bonus points, discount, bargain, 3 in1 package (MOL Freedom MasterCard worth RM38 + MyBulletin subscribe (4 issues) worth RM10/RM14 + MyMode members worth RM54) and more benefit.
  • Agent will qualify for special promotion. Only for MOL-MyMode Freedom Cardholder.
Anyone and anybody can apply for this freedom mastercard as long as you are above 18. If you are a Malaysian, then you must have a national MyKad and if you are foreigner, you must have a valid passport and you must be a permanent resident here in Malaysia. If you are still new to Mymode, and you do have the interest to join it to gain extra benefits, then you may apply it for only RM100. But I do prefer if you join Mymode separately, as you would have the benefit of getting RM11 being returned into your MyeCash account. You can learn more about this unique offer here. If you are an existing agent, then you may get the starter pack for only rm38.

Do you really need this freedom mastercard? Yes and no. Yes is for agents who have made at least 500 a month from selling buat duit mymode. You can send sms instruction to mymode server to transfer balance from your freedom mastercard to your myecash or mypoints account. This resolved the hassle to wait for late payment and all. Owning the freedom mastercard is also an advantage for you since you can transfer back the balance from your myecash account to the card and whoa! you can withdraw it from ATM machines. Now the answer "no" suits to those who don't really earn much from mymode or in other polite word, you don't have a big network. Having myecash account is good enough for you. But hey, who am I to stop you from using the card? Maybe if you think you can utilize it for good cause and you have no problem to top it up using other funds. You can actually top it up at 7 eleven too.

Since it has no income requirement, you shouldn't face any problem to apply for the mol freedom mastercard. However, it is best for you to know more about mymode prepaid service where you can also earn not just points but money as well from using the card. Earn, spend, and then earn again.

Cheers!

Mymode is a mobile solution service brought to you by Advances Mobile Services & Solutions Sdn Bhd (AMOSS). With Mymode, you will have the chance to earn hard cash through selling of prepaid cards for various prepaid mobile phones plans such as Maxis Hotlink Prepaid, Celcom Blue, OneComm, Tmnet Prepaid Streamyx, UMobile, and lot other cellphones plans.

Using Maxis Hotlink Prepaid Service Review

Maxis Hotlink

Perhaps it is best for me to first explain what is maxis hotlink as there might be few of you who never heard of what it is. Hotlink is another communication service provided by maxis malaysia which is a telco service in Malaysia; specifically Hotlink is a prepaid service. You may as well go to www hotlink com my to get more information on it. Hotlink prepaid is considered as one of the most popular services in Malaysia as a lot of teenagers and new generations use maxis hotlink.

I'm going to list down here their great services and later on I will elaborate more on why using maxis malaysia hotlink has a lot of advantage when you want to promote your Mymode business and eventually earn money online easily.

My Maxis Hotlink Activ5 & Hotlink Activ10

Hotlink activ5 and hotlink activ10 is a great tool and bonus for prepaid hotlink user where you may choose up to 5 or 10 maxis or hotlink numbers, and whenever you call them, you will only be charged 15 cents per minute which is about half time lower than normal rate. If you text or maxis sms, the charge is extremely low which is only 1 cent per hotlink message. There's no charge if you want to activate it. You can do it online at www hotlink com my hotlink or if you have already registered as a maxis hotlink user and you don't have access to computer, you may just dial *100# and choose from the options.

Signing Up For My Hotlink

It is quite important as well for you to register yourself at my hotlink as a means to grab all the great maxis rewards and maxis specials. Signing up is very simple where you must first enter your desired username (but it depends on availability) and then you must enter your registered phone number either 012 or 017. Once submitted, your temporary system generated password will be sent to your phone and you may use it to login into your my hotlink account. The system will prompt you to change your password and then setup your security question.

The reason here is as for now activ10 numbers can be setup online using my hotlink. You can easily make changes as well and this is very convenience since you now have the ability to view all those numbers that you have registered before using *100# services.

Hotlink Super Savers Plan

I must say that the super savers here are really great as their names since the rewards are simply great. If you choose maxis SMS Super Savers plan which cost you only rm2, you will get to send 200 maxis sms to 200 maxis numbers! The cost here is just like the maxis activ10 where it is only 1 cent per sms. But then there is limitation where it is only valid from 6am to 6pm. Still, 12 hours is more than enough for you to take the advantage! The other super saver is Talk Super Saver where you can start to purchase it from 12 midnite daily. Just like maxis sms super saver, this plan is valid from 6am to 6pm and you will save around 85% from normal call cost!

Hotlink 365

You may also choose to activate hotlink 365 where you don't have to worry anymore about being cut off though you still have credit. For some who may not know, whenever you purchase maxis reload, say for example rm30, the credit is valid for use for only 30 days. After that the service is blocked and you can only receive incoming calls. With hotlink 365, that limit is lifted up for a one time fee which is rm33 and you may just topup at least rm30 in the first 6 months.

Hotlink Rewards (Loyalty rewards)

Whenever you topup, you will get 2 points for every ringgit you spend when you maxis reload your phone. The longer you stay with maxis, the more points will be given. The points can be redeemed where 100 points is equivalent to 50 sms or rm1 airtime. It's not hard to accumulate about 300-600 points in a month and redeeming is another bless from Maxis hotlink!

Now why all these? These are all the rewards and bonus given by maxis hotlink that you can manipulate as a weapon and strategy to strengthen your mymode prepaid business. With sms super saver plan, you can launch your sms campaign. Get a list of all your friends and colleagues as well as foe (if you have one LOL) and make sure that there are maxis numbers. Create a sales pitch message and broadcast it by texting to all the numbers. There are numerous promotion lines you can use and I don't personally think that you need my help on that one hahaha guess you all have your own style and the most important thing is you know your friends. You know how best to approach and influence them.

Selling your mymode buat duit prepaid business using SMS may not be so effective unless you are willing to sacrifice a bit more by calling your prospect. You can do this if after sending the text, one or two of them started to reply to gain more information about mymode business. You may take extra mile here by calling them and you may also invite them to meet you so you can can explain more on about prepaid mymode. That is why it important for you to utilize the maxis rewards point by requesting for the talk super savers.

When your mymode business have expanded, there might be time where you may have forgotten that you forgot to topup your phone (cause you thought you had it done since now your myecash account was almost full LOL). Sadly, maxis have to block its service just to remind you that they are very concern about their customers hahaha and that's where the hotlink 365 comes in. Activate it and you don't have to think about this collateral damage anymore.

If you are my usual reader, perhaps you may find this article is not something that you can learn a lot from it. However, this article served its purpose for those who needs the most from both maxis hotlink and buat duit dengan mymode.

Cheers!

More updates : I have noticed a slight increase where I got readers coming from other countries. Some did ask about prepaid mobile phones available here but some also wanted to have more information about international mobile phones. I have taken some time to do some research and I will keep on coming up with more posts on prepaid business in other countries such as T-Mobile prepaid mobile phones.

Mymode Review Scam And Warning

Malay version here

Without doubt MyMode is now a well known and established company in the Malaysia mobile prepaid industry. This fact may also be true to those who have been seeking for ways to diversify streams of their personal income. Since MyMode is the first in Malaysia that offers money making from mobile prepaid, then it is no surprise when MyMode becomes one of the giants in this industry.

Mymode has been making money primarily from selling prepaid mobile phone cards. It is the main product in MyMode. The best part is when you can sell prepaid cards and reload cards to your clients without bringing any tools apart from your own mobile phone. Send an SMS and MyMode will send you the reload serial number and codes to either you or the clients.

How is that possible?

This is where the "magic" begins. Whenever you register yourself as a Mymode prepaid card dealer, you will receive a 4-digit pin code from Mymode Gateway Server. The code serves as a unique identification whenever you deal with the company. You will be using it for almost any transactions. For the purpose of our discussion here, let say that you have received a pin-code which is 2468.

Now let say that there's a person who is using Hotlink prepaid and he wants to get a RM30 reload for his Maxis Hotlink account. The problem is he is at home at 2 o'clock in the morning and has no intention to go out. Well now as a MyMode agent, you can make the request anytime anywhere. MyMode offers its service around the clock 24-7. A simple SMS instruction will do the magic. Now, remember your code is 2468? So below is how you send the SMS to MyMode Gateway Number:

"Your 4-digit pin code" "product code" "amount" "to" "phone number"
(Example : 2468 m 30 to 012xxxxxxx)

That is so damn simple, right?

Now the questions that I keep on getting are not how simple it is to send SMS to Mymode Gateway number, but how much can you earn from it, rite? Honestly speaking, MyMode will not make you rich overnight.

Warning : Those who think that MyMode can let you to earn money in minutes or overnight please leave the page immediately as this is not the right thing you are looking for. Yes, you can earn a lot from MyMode, but MyMode is a legitimate business that respect business etiquette. Sorry guys, maybe you should look for something else if you don't have the patient to do this business.

Now I must say that there are a lot of those that are promoting MyMode didn't actually tell you the truth about MyMode. I am not going to that here. No sugar coating here, you can take my word on that.

Then is Mymode a scam?

If you are talking about pyramid scheme and all, then MyMode is not it.

If you are talking about quick-rich scheme and all, then Mymode is not it too.

MyMode is a legitimate company that is based in Malaysia. It's not a monkey business, as MyMode has managed to become the first in the industry that is recognized and trusted by Maybank. This is why Mymode tends to have more participants than other mobile phone solution providers such as MobileWallet.

Then why would I say it’s a scam? Why should I warn people about it?

Well the answer lies in how those that are promoting Mymode promote the benefits of using Mymode. There are those who claimed that Mymode can make you a rich person. There are also people saying that Mymode is how you save money while buying prepaid reload for your Maxis, Celcom, Tm, and also iTalk.

Here is the bad news for you people;

You don’t save your money when you become a Mymode agent. It may saves a few cents but in return you also have to spend a few cents or maybe a ringgit more. Surprised? You shouldn’t, but please take some time to read in details about Mymode. Again, if you plan to get rich within a few months or less than a year with Mymode, then I recommend you to look for other kind of plans.

What I am going to tell you about is something that you may not know about Mymode. You can regard this as something that you MUST know in order for you to survive if you plan to try Mymode.

Perhaps by now you have already known how much the registration fee is. For newcomers, registration for a new member is RM65. This amount is actually a combination of both the membership fee which is RM54 and the balance of RM11 will be credited back to your new Mymode account, serves as your first capital. Mymode calls this as your Myecash (formerly known as mypoints). 1 Myecash is equivalent to RM1. Most of the time, new Mymode agent will use this first capital to try and reload his/her own prepaid account. When you send an SMS instruction to the Mymode server, you are using your own credit, right? If you are using Maxis hotlink, then it won’t hurt you much since it’s going to charge you only one cent per SMS, provided you have made the Mymode server’s number as one of your Active10. When a request was made for a reload, you will also be charged few cents by the company, which will be deducted from your Mymode Myecash account. In other words, if you reload RM10, your first capital which was RM11 has now become less than a ringgit.

Got it?

One of the benefits of Mymode is you can top up your Mymode Myecash account straight from the Maybank ATM machine. There’s an option where you can reload a minimum of RM30. Say for example you want to reload RM30. You will receive a slip with the reload number, and you need to send an instruction to the Mymode server to reload your Myecash. If the request is successful, then you will receive the amount back in your account, which is a ringgit less. Yes, a ringgit will be deducted if you top up your Myecash account using Maybank ATM.

Did you get the picture now? Now do you know why you are not going to earn a fortune overnight with Mymode?

So why there are so many claims around saying that you can earn a lot of money from using Mymode?

Here is another bad news for you;

Do you know that every week you will get an SMS alert from Mymode informing you the latest balance of your Myecash account? Do you know that you will be charged for the service? Does anyone ever tell you that?

Now who said you can save money while using Mymode as an alternative to reload your prepaid phone?

There is a way though if you think that Mymode is the product that you believe will make you money. And that line is only true if you know how-to.

Can you make money from using Maxis Hotlink prepaid?

If you are a long time user of Hotlink, then I believe you have more than the knowledge on how Maxis charges you for anything and everything. Why waste the money for things you do not really need when you can actually earn money from it? You may not be as rich as Ananda Krishnan, the owner of Maxis Malaysia, but at least you can earn some money from all the telcos though you stick with Maxis Hotlink.

What if I use Celcom Xpax?

I know that sometimes you don't have the courage to try switching from one service to another. You might say that you are not sure about the advantages of other phone plans or network. Frankly say, that unsure feeling is just something you developed inside you due to successful marketing strategy from Celcom. Either using Celcom Xpax or Blue, it won't matter and you don't have to worry much if you plan to switch to Hotlink or Digi. Remember, at this time the cost to change or transfer is still free and therefore take advantage of that. Change and try it for a month and then you can always change back to your original provider. However, as far as money is concern, go for package that offers you lower call rates and that will absolutely help you to earn more money when you join Mymode.
